
STEVEN MASON
A Nebraska native, Steven moved to Nashville to compete as a 400/800-meter sprinter and javelin thrower at a private NCAA Division 1 school.
With a background in coaching and sports manual therapy, and holding a masters degree in Exercise & Nutrition Science, Steven became a Strength and Conditioning Coach at Lipscomb University. He also served as the Performance Therapist for the Track and Field program during his time at Lipscomb. He later transitioned into professional soccer as the Head of Performance and Sports Science for Nashville Soccer Club, spending over 5 years working within the organization.
Steven has also worked with the Tennessee Titans and Nashville Predators organizations as well as professional Baseball, MMA fighters and Olympic Gold medalists.
Steven specializes in Fascia Stretch Therapy, Active Release Techniques, Sports Massage, Myofascial Cupping, IASTM, and Kinesiology Taping. He is certified in Functional Movement Screening and is an advanced level coach in mobility and corrective exercise strategies.
When he isn't working as a sports manual therapist, Steven enjoys lifting weights, running trails, skateboarding, hitting the movies, and spending time with his wife and two young daughters.
